Charles is on another mission. (August 2003)  Residents have now given Charles permission to paint-out any graffiti appearing in Jeffrey's Street. (they believe he's mad).  Charles is delighted with his new role in the community and, armed with his new paintbrush, dares any spotty-faced  teenager to deface his favourite street.
